| 2011-05-30 00:18:00.0 | Magma Fincorp Limited | Change in Director(s) | Magma Fincorp Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Shrawan Kumar Todi, Promoter Director and Vice Chairman of the Company & Mr. Ravi Todi, a Promoter Director of the Company designated as Joint Managing Director have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and they have ceased to be the Directors of the Company with effect from May 27, 2011 following acceptance of their resignation by the Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed on May 27, 2011. Mr. Shrawan Kumar Todi and Mr. Ravi Todi and several entities belonging to them (the Todi Group) became one of the Promoters of the Company following amalgamation of Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Limited with the Company in 2007. Both Mr. Shrawan Kumar Todi and Mr. Ravi Todi were the promoter Directors and have, as set out above, resigned as directors with effect from May 27, 2011. The Company has also been intimated that pursuant to an inter promoter transfer they have completed transfer of 72,97,733 equity shares of the Company to Microfirm Softwares Private Limited. Pursuant to the aforesaid resignations of Mr. Shrawan Kumar Todi and Mr. Ravi Todi as directors, and the inter-promoter transfer in favor of Microfirm Softwares Private Limited, the entire Todi Group cease to be promoters of Magma Fincorp Limited. |
