2011-08-26 08:43:00.0	Pantaloon Retail (India) Limit	Outcome of Board Meeting	Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on August 25, 2011 and the Board inter alia took the following decision:- (1) Class B Shares (Series 1) were issued in the year 2008 as bonus issue to enhance financial flexibility for the Company. However, Class B Shares were trading in market at significant discount to equity shares, though having same economic interest. In order to help shareholders realise the true value of these shares, it is proposed to alter rights and interests of the Class B Shares. This will be achieved by altering voting rights available to holders of Class B Shares as 3 votes for every 4 Class B Shares held instead of present 1 vote for every 10 Class B Shares. Further consequent to change in voting rights additional dividend payable on Class B Shares in addition to the dividend of equity shares would be reduced from present 5% to 2% per Class B Shares. Committee of Directors have been authorised to take all necessary actions in this regard.
