Considering substantial delay in providing the Land, the Company had removed the Project from its Consolidated Order Book as on September 30, 2011 as a measure of Good Corporate Governance and accordingly modified Order book was represented in the presentation uploaded on the Company's website. Now, the Company have received a formal letter from NHAI informing the Company, termination of this concession agreement of the Project due to their inability to provide necessary Land for implementation of the Project. In this regard, IRB Goa Tollway Pvt. Ltd. will claim compensation as per Termination payment provisions of the Concession Agreement. |
