The Company has fixed September 27, 2010 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders of the Company who shall be entitled to the shares of DBEL. Further, as per clause 4.1 of the Scheme of Arrangement, in pursuance to the said demerger, Dalmia Bharat Enterprises Limited will issue One Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each to the Shareholders of DCBL for each equity share of Rs. 2/- each held by them in DCBL. |

For financing of this project the Company has achieved the financial closure for debt funds of Rs.150 cr. DBS Bank has sanctioned ECB of 15 Million S$ which is equivalent to Rs.70 Cr. and balance of the funds is financial by Union Bank, Corporation Bank & Dena Bank. The Company is currently running 300000 MTPA of Pellet Plant, 192000 MTPA of Sponge Iron Plant, 144109 MTPA of Steel Melting Plant, 80000 MTPA of Rolling Mill, 128000 MTPA of Structural Rolling Mill, 24 MW of Power Plant. Apart from above, the Company has coal washery and own Railway Siding". |
